What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard UK delivery within 3-5 working days. Shipping is free on all orders over £50, otherwise a flat rate of £5.95 applies to ensure your bottles and cans are packaged securely.
Are all Stroud Brewery beers organic?
Yes, we are a fully certified organic brewery. We believe that using organic ingredients supports a healthier ecosystem and produces a superior, cleaner flavor in every pint.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
While we take great care in packaging our glass bottles, accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer vegan-friendly beer options?
The vast majority of our core range is vegan-friendly as we do not use isinglass finings. Please check the specific product description on each page for the vegan-certified symbol.
Can I click and collect my order from the brewery?
Absolutely. During checkout, select the 'Local Pickup' option. Your order will typically be ready for collection from our Stroud taproom within 24 hours.
How can I manage my beer subscription?
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account portal. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
